My family loves Hummingbird Pediatrics! I have been taking all 4 of my children here since they opened. The providers there genuinely care about their patients and take the time to thoroughly examine the children and listen to the parent's concerns. We have been seeing Dr. Wheeler lately and my kids love her. My teenage daughters have mentioned how comfortable she makes them feel. The staff and nurses are always friendly. Monica is always so helpful and responsive when I have any questions or concerns about appointments, referrals, prescriptions, or any documents I may need. I appreciate the overall care this office provides.

We have been going here for years. 5 to be exact. My son just started school and got sick so I went in for him to be seen. Mind you this has been his one and only doctor for years. So I walk in, they say that I can’t walk in and they can schedule me for a different day… what happened to the days were you go to YOUR doctor and get what you need from YOUR doctor. So to say the least I’m not going here anymore. Makes no sense that you can’t come to your own doctor when you’re sick. You have to schedule an appointment!? That’s absurd. So when your kid gets sick unexpectedly make sure to set an appointment to see when they may be able to see you! What a joke.

I did not have good experiences with Dr. M. Even after having it put in her chart I wanted to see Dr Pen (she's great btw) the next 2 times we showed up the tried to put us with Dr M and I had to correct them then wait extra time. With a typical healthy child this office may do fine but please if you have a child that has special needs or extra health concerns PICK A DIFFERENT OFFICE. My daughter has DS and they don't use the correct scale for her height and weight. As well as a heart defect we see a Cardiologist for and I need all her doctors to take her health seriously so we can all be on the same page. Plus you can't call the office to make an appointment you have to text which is ludacris and frustrating.

The office staff are very friendly and patient. The pediatricians are professional, thorough, and quick. They are so kind and sweet with my children. We usually see Dr. P, however we also were seen by Dr. M. Both doctors are great. I had an appointment for my newborn and my toddler was sick literally the day before the appointment. They were willing to see my toddler at the same time as my newborn’s appointment. It was so helpful and convenient. My only issue is the waiting room times. Usually we don’t have to wait very long (for morning appointments), but the few times we did have to wait it seemed like forever. Honestly, that’s with any doctor’s office. Hummingbird usually has a pretty full waiting room towards the afternoon. Just go knowing you may have to wait so bring things to entertain your kiddo and maybe a few snacks and you’ll be fine.

I recently just switched my daughter to hummingbird and absolutely love all the staff! The office is nice and clean. Everyone was attentive and listened to all my concerns. I had a follow up appointment set and realized I made an error that conflicted with prior plans so I called and very quickly someone answered, I spoke to Monica and she was very helpful. She was able to swiftly get my appointment changed and made sure everything was all set for the new appointment.

My boys have been going here since birth. Never had a bad experience. Drs always in a good mood, which puts my kids at ease because they are very shy. Recently had a complication with my insurance plan but one of the receptionists, Bianca, was very patient and helped fixed it.

We love Hummingbird. Every time we come in it is very clean and welcoming. The staff is great. We had to switch insurances recently and I was worried about picking another provider and I am so glad I chose hummingbird. We especially love a nurse there by the name of Nancy. She always has a smile on her face and goes above and beyond!
